“What manner of persons ought you to be?” – Pastor Barry Forder
The world is going crazy. From politics to the energy crisis to war in Ukraine and unprecedented weather events such as record tempratures and floods in Pakistan.
What is going on?
The Apostle Peter said “Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness” (2 Peter 3:11).
So what does all this mean to us? To us as individuals and to us as a church. What is the point of the church – now more than ever? What is the point of our church? What part are we playing, or are we simply just ‘playing a part’. (i.e. are we making a difference or just going through the motions?)
