Second Kings Chapter 6:24 – 7:20

This study is part of our series of verse by verse studies of the second book of Kings, the 12th book in the Bible.  Taught by our pastor, Barry Forder, at our Sunday morning service on Sunday 12th  July 2015. In this chapter we see another miracle of the grace of God as the oppression of an enemy is supernaturally overcome, and as we abandon ourselves to His mercy we find an abundance that we could never have dreamed about. The challenge in this chapter for those who have received the blessing and abundance God provides is to go and tell the ‘king’s household’ – who are under siege. There is a world dying from spiritual hunger, and they don’t realise how close they are to God’s deliverance. This is why God is looking for people like you and I to go and bring this good news to any who will hear!
